Ancient Bee Artisan Tile or Coordinating Flat or Embossed Leaf Tiles

There are three options for these tiles and they are each priced differently:

* the Ancient Bee tile itself, featuring the Bee. These stunningly beautiful and unique tiles are each individually made from black Canadian clay and feature a three dimensional Bee in flight.

or

* coordinating plain green tile (no bee)

or

*a beautiful embossed tile that features a delicate leaf pattern(no bee)

The Ancient Bee tiles are formed by hand and then undergo their first firing in the kiln. They are then glazed by hand with four layers of our beautiful copper green glaze and then undergo a second firing in the kiln.

In the second firing, the glaze reacts in a unique way with the iron rich black clay and the end result is a beautiful, richly textured raised bee (or flat or embossed tile).

Each tile is unique as it is made individually.

These tiles are each 1 .5" (~39mm) in size and coordinating smooth surface or embossed leaf surface coordinating tiles are pictured in the photos if you scroll through them).
