Artisan Porcelain Sea Life tiles - 3 or 4 or 6 inch (7.6 cm - 10 cm - 15.25 cm ) 3 dimensional Relief tiles

We hand craft each of these beautiful relief (ie. 3 dimensional) tiles from porcelain clay which is then fired in our kiln to stoneware hardness. We modelled the various shell designs from real sea shells, which take on a beautiful ethereal look in the natural ivory colour of the porcelain clay. The tiles have a matte finish, which is the natural surface of the porcelain. The 3 and 4 inch tiles are approximately 1/4 (.65) inch thick (other than the shell or sea life design itself which is a raised 3 dimensional design and set against the flat tile (scroll through photos). The 5 and 6 inch tiles are approximately 3/8 inch thick. We can also provide coordinating smooth tiles (see drop down menu). Please note that these tiles are made individually by hand and not machine made factory tiles and very slight variations from tile to tile should be expected.

We will apply a permanent heatproof (up to 850F), water and stain resistant sealant at no extra charge at the time of shipment to allow for ease of cleaning. The sealant does not affect the appearance in any way. Please advise me by message (see personalization) if you do not want the sealant to be applied.

Note: some designs are limited to particular size tiles as we model the shells on real sea shells.

4 inch tile set - scallop, starfish, crab, sea turtle, cone shell, conch shell

6 inch tile set - scallop, starfish, conch, seahorse, horseshoe crab, lobster

These tiles are made to order - please allow 3-5 weeks for preparation.
